3. User Content

You may provide content such as chat messages, voice inputs, and "soul letters". You retain ownership of your content but grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the service.

Premium subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). All purchases may be subject to the provider’s terms and applicable taxes.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the App
• Uploading illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Harassing or impersonating others

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its contents (excluding user content) are owned by Limira or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limira shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or for other legitimate reasons.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
