These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Limira application ("Service"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

"We" refers to the developer of Limira. "You" refers to users of Limira. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Age Requirements & Parental Consent

Limira is intended for users aged 13 and above.

  • Users aged 13–15 may use the App with parental or legal guardian consent.
  • Users aged 16 and above may use the App without parental consent.
  • Users under 13 are not permitted to use Limira.

By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these age requirements.

2. AI Usage Disclosure

  • Limira provides an AI-powered conversational experience designed for emotional support.
  • AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, complete, or professional advice.
  • The content is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical guidance.
  • All decisions made based on AI responses remain solely the user's responsibility.

3. Medical & Psychological Disclaimer

Limira is not:

  • a psychologist, therapist, or medical professional,
  • a provider of healthcare or clinical services,
  • a tool for diagnosis or treatment.

If you need professional assistance, please consult a qualified expert.

4. Not for Emergencies

Limira must not be used in emergencies.

Stop using the App and seek immediate help if you:

  • feel at risk of self-harm,
  • feel you may harm others,
  • experience a serious mental health crisis.

Emergency: Contact your local emergency number or visit the nearest emergency service.

5. Account Creation & Security

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • provide accurate and up-to-date information,
  • keep your account credentials secure,
  • notify us of any unauthorized access.

You are responsible for all activities performed under your account.

6. Premium Subscriptions & Payments

Limira is free to use, but some features require a Premium subscription:

  • Unlimited chat
  • Weekly Soul Letters
  • Additional insights and exclusive features

Purchases are handled through the App Store or Google Play.

6.1 Subscription Renewal

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
  • You may cancel anytime through App Store / Google Play account settings.
  • No refunds are issued for unused subscription periods.

7. User Content & Emotional Analysis

Messages you write in Limira may be processed for:

  • personalized suggestions,
  • emotional analysis,
  • weekly summaries,
  • improving app performance.

Your data may be anonymized and used to improve system quality where necessary.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Limira for:

  • violent, abusive, sexual, or hateful content,
  • harassment, threats, or bullying,
  • illegal activities,
  • attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or manipulate the system,
  • spam or misuse,
  • creating accounts for users under 13.

9. Third-Party Services

Limira may use third-party providers such as Firebase, Supabase, OpenAI, and others for data storage and processing. Such services have their own privacy and security policies.

10. Modification or Termination of the Service

Limira may temporarily or permanently modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We are not liable for any consequences of such changes.

11. Intellectual Property

The Limira brand, designs, characters, visuals, and content belong to the developer or its licensors.

Users may not copy, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without permission.

12. Termination

Limira may suspend or terminate an account if the Terms are violated.

Users may delete their accounts at any time.

13. Legal Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

Any disputes shall be resolved in Turkish courts.
